Paul Stephan Taps Quincy OG For Dancehall-Tinged Scorcher “Bam”
Published date: July 5 2022
South-east London spitter Paul Stephan is back with some smooth visuals for his latest single, “Bam”.
Tapping frequent collaborator Quincy OG once again, the Thamesmead rhymer delivers a knockout punch of a track — fully kitted out with razor-sharp punchlines and an airtight delivery. On the instrumental front, Stephan calls upon Sister Nancy’s dancehall classic “Bam Bam” for the song’s core melody.
For the visuals — directed by Yomzmotionz — we catch both Stephan and Quincy flex their garments, jewels and eyewear as they spit bars and play pool.
“Bam” follows the visuals for Stephan’s rapid-fire banger “Streets Don’t Love Me”, a standout cut from the rapper’s recent EP, Streetmisfit4eva.
