Finally following up his hot 2022 single body, East London rapper GLX is back with a bang and a brand new anthem for your summer playlists with his latest single MyTeam.

Inspired during to pen this one during lockdown, GLX kept this one in the vault for a couple of years before making sure it was perfect again for this 2023 release. And as far as we’re concerned it was well worth the wait!

GLX is feeling himself on My Team, he’s bigging up himself and the people around him that have helped him in his career. It’s refreshing to hear a track that bursts with such positivity, you can’t help but feel hyped and inspired after having this one blasting at full volume. 

With tight flows, bombastic autotuned ad-libs, and a fiery trap beat, the track brings out the  the playful side of GLX, making it a perfect summer banger that you can stick on repeat. You can still hear some of his grime roots coming though with the quality of his bars though, as well as how well he rides the beat. 

My Team has to be one of GLX’s slickest drops to date. It’s the perfect track to add to your summer hype playlist. Don’t sleep on GLX, this feels like the beginning of a new era for the talented all rounder!
