The eastbound A13 Newham Way in Beckton has been forced to close due to a collision, reports the Inrix traffic management system.

Traffic is queued from the A117 junction (Beckton Flyover) as a result.

A diversion is in place via the entry and exit slips, Inrix said.

The incident was first reported at 12:40am on Friday (January 7).

There is no information as yet as to the nature of the incident, or whether any drivers or passengers suffered injuries as a result.
